I, unlike others, tend to side with microsoft. its not because windows is "better" than OSX it's because it's my personal preference. I've grown up with windows, I remember playing street fighter on my windows 95 machine with my dad when I was about 5 Years old. Not once have I had any problems with windows unless it was me that caused it, in 10 years of using windows I have only encountered the Blue screen of death ONCE, Once. Listening to fanboys and trolls on the internet talking about windows makes others feel as though we are plagued with the blue screen of death every day, far too often to even get any work done. That's BULLSHIT, I still use a 15" Compaq laptop with a pentium processor and 4GB RAM, which I upgraded from 2GB. I get a fantastically smooth experience with windows 7, aero features work great and so does my multitasking. On the other hand, my cousin has a macbook pro with a 2.53GHZ core 2 duo processor and 4GB of DDR3 RAM(mine is DDR2), after upgrading to Lion I noticed that he can't even play flash video without his fans going ballistic, I've looked around in forums, he's not the only one. Who's court is the ball in now?
The reason I'm writing this post is because fanboys shamelessly bash on windows even though it is a far finer and more refined experience, but my point is that if you hate microsoft there's no need to be a dick about it, so today i'm going to be a dick about mac osx. I wouldn't mind a civilised conversation regarding the advantages and disadvantages of either OS.
Another point I wish to emphasise on is cost many people say that windows is more expensive than MAC OS. Take a minute to think about this, is this true? With windows I am not stuck with installing it on one type of computer, heck, I can even install it on a MAC, the same can not be said with MAC OS. With MAC OS, you are limited to installing the operating system on a MAC based machine, which in my view is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. imo, what can be done on a mac that can't be done on a PC?
I use my laptop alot for Playstation 1 emulation, I don't think is possible with a mac, even it is, it might not be for long. considering that steve jobs said that the toughest bit of using a computer is the filesystem, or something along those lines and then releasing the mac app store, this, in my view, means that the mac will soon be like an iPhone or iPad whereapps programs will only be available from the app store...... Remember that the macbook air also does not have an optical drive which means programs can only be obtained online or through one of the two USB ports.

Mac OSX Lion- The world's most advanced desktop operating system. Bullshit, what can you do on a Mac running lion that you can't do on a windows 7 computer with similar specs?? This is the reason I hate apple, they come up with half assed software that is just a crappy layer over their operating system that dumbs down the interface!! The only thing you can do on a mac that you can't do on windows is the shitty, fairy dusted gay finger gestures, which are of no benefit whatsoever.
One of the new features is "mission control" some shitty named app screen that displays all the users programs in a separate page. Why the fuck did they name it mission control?? are macs so difficult to use that it is a mission to use them? and you need a new feature to "control" your out of control overpriced piece of shit?
Apple says they make both the hardware and the software, this is not true! the graphics cards are either made my intel or AMD/ATI, the processors by intel, the hard drives made by some other company, the displays and trackpads as well. The only thing that apple can do is put these parts together and take credit for shit they haven't done while complaining about how boring PCs are. If PCs are boring, why are all of the games available on PC while only about 2 are available on mac?? GTA III finally came out in the mac app store. 10 Years late. That seems fine as the people that use macs are gay fanboys that don't even know how to turn on computers.
OS X Lion includes built-in support for full-screen apps.

Go full screen
Apps built to take advantage of the entire screen have a new full-screen button in the window title bar. Click it to expand the app window to fill the screen.
I've had this feature for quite some time now, apple. I also hate having to drag corners manually to expand windows, why don't you have a button that does it for you like in windows??? So much for simplicity.
Facetime, apple charges mac uses $1 or 60p for this feature, when it can only be used on apple devices. Why would anyone in their right mind buy this when there are free and better alternatives that run on many platforms. One such example is skype, which is available on macs and ios devices as well as every other platform imaginable. Oh yeah, the reason people buy this is because they figured that they spent a billion trillion dollars on a computer and that the price isn't a billionth of what they bought their computer for.
